Terms of Service
These terms apply when you buy services from Pripar AI. Pripar AI is a brand of IJ Semiconic Private Limited ("we", "us"). By paying for or starting a project with us, you agree to them.
1. What we provide
We provide custom software, AI tools, websites, digital marketing and related customer-support services. Each project has a written scope, price and set of milestones that we agree with you before work begins. The scope you approve in writing is what we deliver.
2. Prices and tax
- Prices are shown in the currency of your chosen region (GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, SGD or INR) and exclude VAT, GST or sales tax, which is added where it applies.
- Fixed-price projects are fixed for the agreed scope. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately and need your approval first.
- Larger projects may be paid in stages, for example a deposit followed by milestone payments, as set out in your written quote.
3. Payment
Payments are made online through Razorpay, our payment provider, and are received by IJ Semiconic Private Limited. We do not see or store your card details. Your invoice will show the amount, currency and any tax charged. Work begins once payment of the agreed amount (or deposit) is received.
4. Delivery and your approval
We give estimated delivery times for each package. You see a working version at each agreed milestone, and nothing moves forward without your sign-off. Delivery times depend on you providing the content, access and feedback we need in good time.
5. Revisions and support
- We revise our work until it meets the agreed specification.
- Bug fixes in our own work are free for 30 days after delivery.
- After 30 days, support is available on a monthly retainer or per request, and we will tell you in advance which category an issue falls into.
6. Ownership
Once you have paid in full, you own the code, data and assets we create for you for your project. Third-party tools and licences we use remain subject to their own terms. We may show non-confidential screenshots of our work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have the right to use any content, logos and data you give us, and that you will give accurate information.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and will sign an NDA on request.
9. Limits of liability
We take care over our work but cannot guarantee specific business results, such as search rankings, sales or lead numbers. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending a project
Either side may end a project in writing. Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Kolkata, India. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any legal rights you have under the laws of your country.
